Distance: When you get a price quote, you will be quoted either by the day, mileage, or hour depending on what makes the most sense for your trip. 

Number of Passengers: You will be matched with a charter bus from our network that accommodates the amount of people you need transportation for. This could be anything from a sprinter van with a private driver that seats 12 or a fleet of full-size charter buses for convention transportation and other large events, 

Parking and other travel fees: While we handle finding all the routes and parking for you, you will still be responsible for paying for parking, any toll fees, and other travel expenses. You are also required by law to pay for a hotel room for your driver if you have an overnight trip or one that requires more than 10 consecutive hours of driving. Be sure to ask your reservation specialist if you are unsure of what constitutes something you are responsible for. 

Tip for your driver: While it isn’t required, most groups tip anywhere from five to 10 percent of the cost of their bus rental in cash to their driver at the end of the trip. It’s the best way to say “thank you!” for a job well done.
